Ordered baco. Cheese burger did not get the bacon
Mistakenly ordered at this restaurant via UberEats not realizing it wasn’t in the correct city, cancelled the order when I noticed the pickup up location was wrong on the top of the UberEats app in a few seconds. According to UberEats it depends on the restaurant for this policy. I got charged for the entire order even though I didn’t receive anything and they 99% likelihood weren’t even able to place a party on the grill in the amount of time I cancelled the order. Back in October 2024, I ordered burgers to-go from this location. When I got home, I discovered a long piece of hair in one of the burgers. This was an unfortunate and off-putting experience, especially since I had never had issues here before. I reached out to the store via email and was initially pleased with their response.
