Went to this location location last night, 8/31, towards the end of the shift. They had just got multiple last minute orders including an order including 16 burgers. They were exhausted but still helped me out and had the customer service to go with it. The experience was so memorable and the team was so on point at doing their job that I had to leave a review. .. KUDOS to the team that helped me last night.
I ordered two hamburgers and fries (for my wife and I). I explained to the cashier that I wanted two bags (a burger and fry in each one). When I got the order it was all in one bag. I asked for extra lettuce one one burger, which was noted on the ticket. What I got was a single leaf of lettuce that was so thin I could see thru it. When I got them home to eat we found that was gristle in every other bite. It was so bad my wife threw half of hers away. So to sum up - poor service, stingy on sides, and poor quality meat.
