I had an outstanding experience at Five Guys! I have a gluten allergy, and the manager went above and beyond to make sure my meal was prepared safely and correctly. She took the time to explain the precautions they would take, made sure the staff understood my allergy, and gave me confidence that my food would be handled with care. Ayanna is my favorite manager there. She was so nice to me and my mom. She welcomed us in too.
Horrible service and over-priced food. And I'd gladly pay extra for the food if the service was worth a flip. Keep doing the same thing over and over, then call me when they shutter this location and I'll explain why. Five Guys is struggling because of management issues, pure and simple. They had a good thing going on the beginning.
What we got was ok…. but both burgers were missing all sauces ordered. The fries were ordered as Cajun fries, they came unseasoned. We also ordered a regular size fry and only got a small. Won’t be coming back.
Food tastes great but fries are always mushy and underdone. I understand wanting to move the orders along but I would rather wait longer for better fries
