It's been years since I've eaten at 5 guys. I remember the food being very good. I was disappointed however, because the cheeseburger with bacon, had absolutely no taste at all. The fries were mediocre. What happened to the Boardwalk fries that used to be served? I have ordered the fries alone on many occasions, but never again. .
Ordered take out tonight as I was working late and my 24 year old son went in to pick it up and pay. When we got home the mike shake was not with the order. Mind you this was for my youngest. When I called, the “assistant general manager” Ryan decided to state it was a mistake on both ends as I should have checked and they could not refund over the phone so I would have to come in.
