Came in at opening. First customers get floors and tables were dirty. Employee who took our order had a uniform and hat that was dirty. Bathroom was so nasty it was unusable. The soda fountains didn’t work, no ketchup in dispenser. And our burgers were gritty. Definitely not the typical 5 Guys experience.
Ordered six hamburgers two large fries typically a large fry is plenty but I wanted to make sure we had more than enough get home five hamburgers are right but it's the smallest fry I've ever seen and there's so much salt on you can't hardly eat them I got jipped I know the old saying always check your food before you leave they got me this time very aggravating and disappointed
Burgers are very bland now….. do we not season the patties anymore?
