Personally I find Five Guys to be one of the better FAST FOOD burgers, much better than more popular chains. I know it's cooked fresh. The fries are much better than places like McDonalds and In and Out. It's never beating a bar and grill burger, but again for fast food it is a solid burger. The atmosphere is... standard Five Guys. So keep your expectations where they should be. Customer service at this location is always excellent and exceeds most fast food joints.

Very pricey but very good. I only got fries this time around but have had other items in the past.
Five Guys ( Balboa ) is THE BEST! The store is always clean. Staff is always friendly and professional. Order is always correct. More importantly, staff care about details. Condiments stay between bun and meet. When I unwrap the foil, I see a great burger. The labels are correct. The fountain soda ( Coke ) space ship always has the perfect amount of carbonation and syrup. The ice is always full. The flavored varieties are always available ( lime, lemon, cherry, etc ).
