Friendly staff, quick service and a clean store. Most of the five guys locations I have been to have been pretty underwhelming but this one really stands out as a nice one.
Accidentally put a Doordash order here instead of their Sunnyvale location, which I was closest to. Immediately realized my mistake as the payment was going through and tried to call the restaurant so they wouldn’t accept my order. Called 3 times before someone finally picked up, and by then they said it was “too late” for me to cancel and get a refund because the burger had already been prepped on their end - I would have to cancel through the app. However, I am unable to get a refund through the app either because the rest... read more
