Basic. But consistent and dependable. Same burger every time, same flavor every time. I like their flavor over the other counter service places. It's rumored to be expensive but I disagree. It's pricey if you add fries and a milkshake and two kids. But 11 for a double burger with cheese is fair in my opinion.
