Great burgers
I don't come to Lakeland often, but when in town ill stop by because Frances is one great employee who has great customer service and always in a great mood. See yall next time
Do not order veggie sand. Was horrible !!! The girl with the face piercings by her right eyes needs to goooooo. Bad rolling eyes attitude. Fry girl was decent but cooking too many fries at once makes them soggy & limp. Its sad that these places are ran by young adults . What is wrong with these five guys owners. Get some decent working adults in your establishment
This place lacks the ability to cook a good burger and getting orders correct. The last time I ordered two burgers with certain items on each one and they were both wrong. Tell me how you can get an order wrong when you’re looking at the order receipt that shows what goes on the burgers. Whoever made my burgers must not be able to read. Won’t be returning. Use to love five guys. Yall use to have great food.
