One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had period. Had an issue with a delivery order at a very sensitive time and these guys went above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of. Recommend 100 out of 100 times.
Excellent service, the employees were very friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was seeing one of the Uber drivers waiting for food orders arguing unpleasantly with another customer. Fortunately, one of the employees did an amazing job de-escalating the situation.
All stars to all the employees. Been to a lot of the five guys and this place is the best energy & service. They should be voted top restaurant in their region.
