I placed an order for Uber Eats. I called the restaurant because I really enjoy their peanuts (you get them free when placing an order). The manager picks up the phone. Her name is Cassie. I politely ask her if she can put some peanuts in the bag for me.. again they're free. She tells me that she cannot do it because the peanuts are not allowed to leave the store. WHAT? Five guys get it together please this form of customer service should not be tolerated.
Overpriced as always, but knew going in, so not reason for poor review. While burger was as remembered, which decent enough, the new freaking kiosk really piss me off. Great, less human contact. Whatever. But the deal breaker is THE MUSIC IS SO LOUD ASSAULT ON MY SENSES. Couldn't have a conversation if ya wanted to, which fine by me! Cause I haven't ate that fast since boot camp. NEVER AGAIN.
