Traumatize needless to say found a coin at the bottom of my fries first time ever having five guys. I immediately let the manager know she was very nice and just as shocked as me replaced my fries & $10 off card .. still was shocked what happened.
My wife ordered a grill cheese with tomato, but I had to go back because they forgot it. The crew member appeared annoyed because of my request. No worries, I'll simply not return.
