I tried calling the store several several times because I was having issues with online ordering and no one picked.. even the stupid AI couldn't connect to a team member at the store. Not the best customer service.. kinda didn't set well on someone's 1st attempt at tryin Five Guys.
If you want a decent burger or a hot dog or a milkshake it's a good place to go.
I waited at the counter for several minutes with employees making eye contact but refusing to speak to me. Not even a simple acknowledgment. The treatment felt dismissive in a way that made me question whether everyone gets treated the same here. Either way, it was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and unacceptable. I left without ordering and won’t be back.
