Good burgers and a whole lotta fries. A little pricey but good quality.
Takes 20 minutes to get a milkshake, ordered and then the dude left to make door dash orders, which is understandable but then he just never came back. Eventually a different woman figured out I was waiting and made it in 10 seconds, but that was only after several asked what I wanted and then didn’t make it. If you try to order food in person and not on door dash I would estimate that it would take close to an hour to get your food. At the time I ordered the milkshake I was the only person physically present in the store.
I tried calling the store several several times because I was having issues with online ordering and no one picked.. even the stupid AI couldn't connect to a team member at the store. Not the best customer service.. kinda didn't set well on someone's 1st attempt at tryin Five Guys.
