While cleaning and relatively fast they were pretty stingy with the free peanuts. I went to grab a handful and the lady at the counter pulled the box saying "they are all out for today" while the box is just about full
During my 4th of July delivery runs, I got a delivery request from this particular location. While the customer's order was taking a little longer than usual because of how busy it was at the time, I had a pretty good chit-chat with the employees and got myself a free peanut to eat while I waited. Safe to say, I love the vibes.
Love the food but customer service is garbage.
I'm a delivery driver for Uber Eats, I work for that company every single day, and sometimes my mother, 9 year old, and 10 year old little brothers tag along. I had to pick up an order at this location so everyone who was with me went inside to use the bathroom and to get something to drink. They missed my A-1 steak sauce on the burger I ordered and the fries were soggy when I got home with my order. Disappointing experience but at least the staff is friendly.
