I love Five Guys but this location has serious problems. The cashier lady seems depressive. The freestyle coke machines have been broken for weeks. It's impossible to get a decent coke diet or zero. The french fries are never crispy. Always soft like they are old. I hope the franchisor do something about this franchise.
I go here for take out, often. Greg has great customer service. He and his team do a great job.
This was my first time visiting this Five Guys location, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. We ate the food almost immediately after receiving it and it was already extremely cold. The overall quality was not good. For the price, I expected a much better experience.
