This was the worst hamburger and hot dog I have ever had! The hot dog wasn't cooked, and was thrown together, the hamburger was very small and for lack of better words gross. The French Fries were greasy and gross. I am very disappointed and will not be back.
I've had good five guys before and I've had bad five guys before and this time it was horrible
Placed an order online for delivery. Waited an hour for it to arrive just for it to be wrong. It was missing the milkshake that I ordered, and my burger was made incorrectly. Uber blamed the store for the missing milkshake. The store, blamed the Uber driver for drinking it or forgetting it. When I contacted them about my burger being made wrong.They said if I wanted to come in, they would remake it, which negates me paying a delivery fee and ordering it online for delivery.
