I had come to this location on my lunch break and pre-ordered on postmates. Turns out I accidently ordered my food to the wrong location. I didn't have time to go to the other location so I had to re-order and pay again for my food. I was clearly stressed when explaining this all to the employees there. They were very nice and they gave me a lot of extra fries for my trouble. Even though it was my mistake. I know they already give you a bit of extra fries. But they gave me a lot lol. Ordered "extra" cheese, received NO cheese at all but was charged for it! Also, ordered 1 large fries, received 2 and was charged for 2! Us and the guy in front of us had to flag down cashier separately to get drink cups while waiting. Got food faster than usual, at least, but didn't notice no cheese until home. Couldn't go back. Disappointed.
Food is pretty good. The prices are outrageous. The burgers seem to be a little too greasy. My bun was covered in grease and it made the buns soggy
