The workers are always nice, but this place is otherwise pretty inconsistent. Sometimes the dining area is super clean, other times filthy. Sometimes the burgers and fries are good, other times they're so drenched in grease or the fries so over-salted that it renders the food inedible. Five Guys customer service is now completely AI and misunderstands issues, and the feedback they ask for via e-mail presumably goes into a black hole.
