It's been a few years since I come to Five Guys but today I was very shocked by the service. I ordered some fries that's all I wanted but I when I paid it was very weird that the person who took my order took a very close look at my receipt as it was coming out and before handing it to me. She was checking to see how much tip I left on my card and since I did not leave a tip on the card she just gave me a very neutral look and didn't say thanks or have a good night, just nothing.
