I went there over the weekend for a small order, was greeted by a young lady. I never thought I would encounter a friendly staffer at Five Guys, but instead, maybe because of her, I felt everybody was nice there! (yes, I got some free peanuts) :)
The staff is great, but sadly the food is trash. Flavorless burger for $15. Go for the extra drive and go to Shake Shack
We came there 5 min prior to closing and the servise was outstanding, the cashier greeted us with a smile, the burgers were done swiftly, I was concerened about that, and after thanking the crew, on lady gave me an extra bag for my peanuts, I think im going to make that 5 guys 9:55pm a reg stop in that area. Thanks again oh this happened last night.
Jackie was so kind and really gave the customer the time of day. She really added to the overall experience.
