More then 30 mins for two hotdogs is crazy. The worker are just standing around, giggling.
I called first to place an order, when the girl answered I asked if I could place my order. The girl says I can do it in 2 minutes because it was 9:58am and they open at 10am. I said to her can’t I just place it and you can enter it in 2 minutes and she tells me no then proceeds to hang up on me. I placed my order at 10am on the app. It’s 10:14 and my order is still not ready. When I walked in at 10:07am no one was in the dining room. Two people come out and begin to make my food! Probably one of best burgers but for Combo set you back over $20 for lunch will Not be my regular place
Really disappointed. No greeting, no hello, just, "what's your order?" While I waited for my order, ten minutes past when it was supposed to be ready, I watched as the employees finished my burger and wrapped it. At that point they realized that they didn't have any fries and so they dropped my fries while my burger sat waiting on the fries. There are four people, all young, standing around chatting. Over priced burgers and while you ait you get to hear the employees complain about how much they make, having to pay for their food while they work and how FireHouse next store get tips and make more. Regret stopping here and should have just went to BK or culvers......
