I wish I could give it zero stars. I placed a delivery order directly from the Five Guys app. I did not receive 2 milkshakes ($6.99 each). When I called I was told I would get a call back from the manager, she also tried to say they couldn’t give a partial refund. At this point I still haven’t heard back and I will continue to write reviews as this is completely unprofessional and robbery. Don’t offer a service and not be sure people get what they pay for. Also, make it right as soon as you are made aware of the error.

Pretty disappointed in how dirty this place is. Tables are not cleaned off, floors are a mess. It’s too bad! Food was so so today.
