I cane to five guys at 8:55pm and was asked if I placed an order for pick up. I stated no and I was advised that I had to place the order online. I advised on the door the time stated till 10pm and it mentioned nothing about not being able to place an order inside. I placed the order online then waited 10 minutes and came back in following the directions on the app to go to the pick up counter and I was advised to wait outside and they would bring my food to me. This was very confusing and impacted the customer experience.
My 8 year old says the following: It was great! You better go there because it is wonderful hotdogs and the bacon cheeseburger all the way never fails. Be sure to grab a paper and crayons and make a doodle before you go!
The lady somehow served me on Sept 1st at 1:03pm did fantastic job.
1/5 Absolutely terrible experience. These were hands down the worst fries I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve been to Five Guys many times and have NEVER received fries anywhere close to this poor quality. I honestly can’t believe they thought these fries were acceptable to serve to a paying customer. I’m genuinely angry that I paid for this. They were so bad that I threw the entire order of fries away. This location seriously needs to work on its quality control.
