Customer service is great. Food is ok. Place is cold.
Had a 5-star experience at this location! The food was absolutely on point fresh, and hot. The burger was juicy, the fries were perfectly cooked What really stood out was the friendly customer service. I'm big on customer service! The staff was welcoming, quick, and made the whole experience even better. Definitely one of those spots you can count on every time!
My worst experience ever . My family and I used to go to this place every week, but today they messed up our order, we called them and they told us to come so they can give us the right order. And when I came the worker treated me super disrespectfully. she didn’t apologize mind you I had to drive 20 minutes to get there. And then when I confronted her for being so disrespectful she told me “take your order, have a good night the store gonna close now” she didn’t even apologize for being so disrespectful. This is one of my favorite hamburger spots. Especially love the French fries, they are cut from a potato and not frozen.
