If you’re going to be rude to customers in spanish, make sure their husband isn’t at the counter still when they walk away… Husband said they were gossiping in spanish as a group about me after I stepped away… Very unprofessional and childish.
I placed an online order for pickup. When I arrived, my food was ready and the only thing I had to wait on was fresh fries, which I appreciate and don't mind waiting for. The staff and atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming, making my short visit a very pleasant one. I will definitely go back again and I recommend anyone who has never tried Five Guys to do so, especially this location!

This location is the best Five Guys & Fries in Houston, this is the only location I consistently give my business. Tonight is a prime example: the young man who manages the location most of the time I come these days. He has some of the best work ethic and customer service I’ve seen in a long while. The food is consistent, hot and delicious and comes out lightning fast! The dining room, self-serve and bathrooms were also spotless.
