The most disappointing Five Guys experience we've ever had. We chose Five Guys over other companies.Made an order using the KIOSK and made a mistake I guess by not selecting all the toppings that is supposed to be included with our burger. Went talked to one of the guys at the counter and explained what happened. I asked if i could get “ALL” the toppings that were supposed to be included with the order. I ordered the little bacon cheese burger and small seasoned fries. I took it to go. The burger was good, and the fries were really good. They gave me a lot of fries and could eat them all. Price is a little high, $13, but considering the freshness, friendly staff, free peanuts, and the frequency I go, I'm ok with it. Update: 9-18-25 National Cheese Burger Day. Burger was good. Fries were undercooked and mushy,put them in the air fryer at home. Do better.
