September 29th 6:30 pm shift lead/manager with black apron and crutches tells us to leave and we can’t order while there is an empty line. Only about a handful of other customers in the building waiting for their order with about 4-5 staff working on making the food. Wouldn’t talk to us just told us they’re busy. We gladly took our business and money to one of the many other restaurants in parkside town commons. Such a shame because I’ve been here many times before and honestly the service was never horrible.
