We noticed a difference in the burger....less condiments than normal . We ordered "all the way." The fries were not fresh and a large was not like the former large size. The strawberry shake wasn't as good as normal. No fresh strawberries anymore. Dairy Queen shakes are better for the price. We have been regular customers, but will not be back. Disappointing $40 meal.

We went in and over heard an employee say to someone on the phone .they didn't care if they where sick they need to come to work or get a write up or fired I with not support a company that tells the staff we dont care if your sick come to work . Also dont want to get sick from there in employee being force to come in sick .

I ate lunch around 1pm on 3/18/26 at this location. Upon walking in the parking lot a female employee was taking food out on the patio and I was struck by how pleasant and professional she was. Walking inside it was busy. Seemed like only 3 employees but all were very happy, provided great service with a great attitude even though it was busy. Corporate needs to come down and help this location meet their standards. $20 for a bacon cheeseburger and fries is perhaps reasonable if the food is great. My fries were soooo old that they were barely edible. The burger was a big smushed mess. If I had dined in I would have sent it back.
