The counter service is terrible. If the staff had a bad day, they can deal with it, but they don't have to take it out on other customers. Their rude, arrogant, and haughty attitude gives the chain a bad image. There's a negative vibe in that place. The food is okay, but the service is awful.

I always love eating five guys. It’s a little pricey compared to your average burger joint but if you’re seeking a classic and fresh burger. This is the place. The fries are to die for as well!

I really love Five Guys burgers — honestly, some of the best burgers out there. Unfortunately, my first experience at this location was disappointing. I wasn’t familiar with how to order the toppings, so I asked the cashier to make the burger the way it’s supposed to be, with whatever they would recommend as the best combination. Instead, I ended up with literally just a patty and a bun, with no toppings at all I was pretty disappointed. Great experience, food was so fresh and hot. The young black lady who took our order was amazing. As soon as we walked in was greeted with a smile. Great job guys keep up the great work.. Me and my fiancé will definitely be back soon..
