I hadn’t been to five guys in a long time. I ended up finding a hair in my Togo order. Wont be back again.
Never in my life have I been so upset. How hard is a regular burger, small fry and large drink to put in? Because the guy at the register kept putting in the little combo and even after correcting him several times, instead of fixing it, stood there arguing with me. Then when I asked for the large drink, he said it's not part of the combo I DID NOT WANT!!!! He still put the order in wrong. At that point I just got a refund and left.
