Solid burger at clean, well-run establishment
How should I begin... poor customer service. We placed an online order and received that standard notification, that our food was ready. I waited an additional 20 minutes for the order that they misplaced. The supervisor said he would get on it. 10 minutes later we cancelled the order and walked out. We called, and the supervisor attempted to justify this without mentioning that I waited an unreasonable amount of time that they never addressed my wait on a personal level.
