My biggest concern was the price. 2 single burgers with 1 order of plain french fries and 1 drink, and it was over $30. The burgers weren't anything special. I won't be back.
Not sure what the rave is all about. Decent burger, over salted fries, real beef
We were a bit disappointed. There were 4 employees. All were young men. The tables were dirty. The trash over flowing. Kinda disgusting. They were not busy. No excuse for not keeping it clean! I said to the employee, "Can I get something to clean the table with? He handed me several napkins.
I went when it was pretty slow. I noticed that they had multiple baskets of cooked fries hanging over the fryers. That being said, my fries were opposite of the usual at Five Guys - cardboard. My fries were chips, and dry, and nowhere close to edible. On top of that, I ordered pickles and sautéed mushrooms on my burger but did not receive either. The sautéed onions on my burger were hard and barely sautéed. This location deeply disappointed me.
We were in last night for dinner, and accidentally made a mistake on our online order. The error was all OUR fault, but not only did the manager Isaac make it right he went way over and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The burgers were fantastic as always, but the customer service was over the top!!
