I just came back from San Jose the past weekend and tried five guys for the first time it was so much better then I expected I wanted to enjoy it again at home I placed an order for pick up I got a milkshake with Oreo mixed in they didn’t add the Oreo and they didn’t let me know anything about it being out so that was disappointing I also got a burger I added ketchup mustard and mayo when I got home to eat my burger it was filled with mayo way to much same with the other two sauces I didn’t even finish half of it all out sup... read more
If I could give this place 1 million stars I would but I can but this place never fails abd the staff is always amazing its always clean and I just love 5 guys burgers.
I got a milkshake and there was hamburger meat inside of it.
The staff of women (girls IMO) working Sunday were either high or drunk because they screwed our order up twice. Then they throw a mustard in our bag with fries and a burger and a mustard broke and getting it all over the place they had to remake our food when they remade her food the buns were soggy at that point we just left we're not waiting again to have it remade this place is such a rip off the fries had no flavor the burger was way too big I didn't even order a double I ordered a single even though she charged me for ... read more
