What happened!!! Far less food, substantially more money for what feels like less service. What was once a premium fast food experience is now but a thought and will not be visited again. I always defended going to five guys because many said it was too expensive but they would give you a great burger and a ridiculous amount of fries now What is a large fry looks like something for a kids menu. I ordered on the website for delivery and the driver brought the wrong order. I called up to the store and the manager apologized was super nice and remade my order and I came to pick it up. My food was nice and hot. The staff was very friendly and the manager on duty was super nice and apologize again. 10/10 And of course, the food is delicious as always. Will be back Thank you

I ordered delivery, so I get it’s not gonna be as hot or as good as when you’re dining in, but at the minimum I expect it to be made the way it’s ordered. I ordered a cheese burger with mayo pickles and onions, I received a burger with no pickles, no onions, and two micro dots of mayo. It was even delivered with the ticket stapled to the bag that clearly states pickles, onions, and mayo. If I was dining in, no big deal, I would’ve just went up and asked for it. I love their hamburgers — it's my favorite burger joint. The burgers are consistently excellent. My only issue is the fries: I always ask for them well done so they aren't limp, but they get them right only about half the time. When they get it right, the fries are great; when they don't, the fries are just bland and soggy, which hurts the whole meal. I’ve stopped asking them to fix it after the fact, but it’s still disappointing. Despite that, I highly recommend them for a great burger.
