I pull up to Five Guys every once in a while, but my experience yesterday was a HUGE letdown. I ordered online for pickup and didn’t leave a tip, so maybe that’s why my order was all the way messed up. When I got home, the fries were soggy and just not good. Both burger buns were also soggy, and one of the patties on my double cheeseburger was medium rare, which I definitely didn’t like. Plus, the toppings on both our burgers were all wrong. Food great. Amount of fries in one order is enough for two people. A lot of toppings and condiments to choose from. Music was a bit loud. About $12.50 for just a single patty burger. Fries and drink extra.
Food is always fresh and delicious.
