Food was ok just not as good as our store. Patties were dry and warm, fries soggy and warm. Disappointing since it cost almost $40.00 to eat.
Please update the website. On Sunday evening, 3/15, I couldn't order fries online, as the option was unavailable.
I don’t know if bro was shaken up by the lady demanding for a refund.. or if he’s never worked in the service industry.. but sir.. this is a Five Guys. What do you mean you aren’t taking orders for another 1-2 hours? And having the audacity to ask, “you wanna wait?” Bro I’m not waiting 1-2 hours for a burger and some fries.
