Not a good Five Guys location. Burgers aren't fresh or tasty. Lettuce was old. Ordered regular size (not small) and received 18 French fries that were extremely over salted we couldn't even eat them. I told the staff and all that we got was an attitude. We tipped and I find it terrible to ask for a tip up front and receive terrible service and food!
No one changed their gloves. They touched every surface, wiped food off the counter, stocked, and everything else in between. They then proceeded to make more food in those same gloves. It’s disheartening.
I’m glad the trend was enjoying work! But they were laughing talking all over my food! Like yuck I was disgusted! But I didn’t wanna complain and should have because I didn’t eat it and should have cause that’s 16 bucks down the drain
