I wanted to send a special shout out to the young man who was understanding and kind. I think his name is Dorian as that's the name written on my receipt. I had placed a mobile order but I did not receive confirmation for my order. I walked in and talked to him and he was apologetic and offered me a courtesy drink even though the issue was not his fault. This burger was not good at all. There is definitely a difference from years ago to now post Covid. You can taste the budget cuts. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU REALLY HUNGRY AND WANT SOMETHING GOOD!!!!!!!
I love five guys but they literally forgot all my toppings…. Forgot my letttuce, tomatoes, onion pickles….. like how ? It almost seems intentional. If it was like one ingredient missing, okay cool. No worries. But more than half the toppings I asked for was not on my burger….
Kristen is a great manager and has the crew working fabulous. The whole crew today was amazing definitely coming back .
