Came in around 7pm this past Sunday. My friend got a milkshake, I tried it, actually liked it, and literally turned the car around to come back (with gas priced how it is) and give this awful business another chance. Unfortunately, I was met with a rude, dismissive teenager who clearly did not care about providing a morsel of decent customer service. The burgers were good. The fries were surprisingly terrible. They tasted stale. FG always has good fries!

Five Guys wants me to get up 5 times to refill my water while I eat and the burger just literally fell apart. Had to eat it in pieces.

The employee at this location are pleasant and customer-service oriented. There was a mistake with my Uber Eats delivery, so I went to the store in person to ask if they would fix it. They were more than happy to assist and fix the issue. I admire this company’s business model. They prefer to serve quality meat over highly processed meat with fillers. We choose it every time.
