Serena, a manager at this location is top notch! When there was a discrepancy on how my order was rang up, I was annoyed and had displayed sassiness in my tone. I wasn’t being loud, or cursing, but I had a demeanor that wasn’t representative of Jesus. However, Serena handled me in such a cool, collective, and professional manner that as I sat down to eat my meal, I was convicted. Workers are rude and have attitudes even the manager. If you ask for your order to be corrected, instead of them apologizing and making it right, they immediately start giving excuses and being rude. Sad because we love Five Guys. This is unacceptable and they need to find people who have customer service and respect.

Good spot with a solid menu, just like any other Five Guys. The customer service was good maybe a little slow because of the number of orders but since I went on a Sunday, I didn’t mind waiting for my food. The place was clean, and the food had amazing flavor. My favorite thing on the menu has to be the Cajun fries!
