I went in just after 8pm on 7/14 and was having a rough day. The staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful. The food was delicious as always and it helped my day end better.
Thankyou for being a clean establishment. I work as a hospital cook and notice cleanliness in restaurants and this one was very clean. Especially for a crazy city like Worcester and a Texas roadhouse nearby with a roach history. The burger was delicious and the staff seemed very down to earth .
This is a well-run store by a few dedicated employees. No less than 20% gratuity at the counter for me is a way of showing them some appreciation.
