Been to over 100 Five guys locations. This was probably the worst. Literally could not get help from pickup or order line. Also never seen any 5 guys employees move so slow. There was 7 bodies I think. One guy was showing another guy something on his cellphone and laughing. One girl was on the line head down working. Eventually I had to actually yell at somebody to get my food which was ready. Amazing how with all these people around this location can't find solid crew. The give of Worcester is always busy, and the guys suffer to keep that clean, what could cause a bad impression of the place when you walk in.
Never eating here again. I came in less than an hour before close to get takeout. The patties were precooked, not fresh. They were thrown back on the grill for a minute or two to reheat them. Afterwards, burger patties were dropped on the floor while sliding them down the counter. The crew member says to me "you saw that?" and offered me a free drink for what I assumed was for the inconvenience of having to wait for new patties to be cooked/heated up.
