I'm just really disappointed in the service I just received regarding an issue I had with my recent order. I ordered a chocolate shake and received a melted warm cup of now chocolate milk like shake. I called and talked with a manager who said it's a known issue with their chocolate shakes and said she couldn't refund me that Uber would yet Uber won't because it's a temperature issue.
