I usually don’t leave reviews, but seeing as this happened on more than one occasion, I feel like I should and it’s necessary. Waited for over 30 minutes in the lobby for my food just to figure out that it was sitting behind the counter out of reach with the bag open, and they had never called my name for it. The store manager Ty an amazing job of serving us with amazing food. She definitely knows the customer service.
It's been 10+ years since I've dined here at Five Guys restaurant. Fantastic foods and service! One thing they need to do is to simply cut back on the sodium for the fries, though. Other than that, I'm super satisfied with the service!😁👍🏾
Pricey for a burger joint but honestly, its greasy good.
