Placed an online order at 6:36 with a pick up time of 6:44. I had to wait nearly an hour to get my food…. I understand if you guys were busy but it’s not like I was ordering a ton of food. If you’re in the area would recommend going to shake shack down the road. Have never had issues there!
Hands down, one of the best Five Guys experiences I’ve ever had—and I’ve had more than five, if you catch my drift. It had been a while since my last visit, and I was pleasantly surprised. The cashier, Contessa, went above and beyond: she kindly explained the new menu options, including the combo meals, and was incredibly patient with my friend, who speaks limited English.
