Long wait for the burger. It was undercooked, so much mustard and ketchup that I couldn’t taste anything else, not to mention it dripped on my clothes. The fries were soggy and cold. Everything squashed into a bag. I went there expecting something superior to McDonalds or Burger King. The staff looked unkemp with sore on their arms. Almost $17 for an in edible lunch. If I had been in the restaurant when I opened the food I would have demanded my money back!

They changed the fries and that was the novelty/specialty of five guys so ive stopped going. Got lunch there on work days nearly every day. Now ive had to find a new spot. Dissapointed in the decrease in quality.
Always have a great time food is excellent and always comes out hott
The best burgers around. They still have the best burgers around
