Starting off, the customer service rep at the front was extremely slow. Like ignoring the line waiting for 5 minutes slow. Then while ordering he was rude, and had a bad attitude. You can tell it’s a teen who hates his life - but this is still a job, grow up. Atmosphere; the place was small, there’s seats right on top of the line which make for awkward interactions.
