Clearing out my email, I was reminded how horrible the board president here was! He was friendly up until you held him accountable. I definitely don’t recommend living here, solely because of this experience. My now husband and I sold our condo here due to harassment from the HOA president. We lived here for a year and a half before selling. The condos themselves are okay, and it’s near a beautiful trail, and close to grocery stores and anything else you’d need. The HOA here is very passionate and cares a lot about this community.
I just moved in October 2, 2025. First impression was outstanding. The grounds are clean and beautiful. The neighbors seem friendly and it's very quiet here.
Orlando is very professional and goes above and beyond to ensure this property is constantly being maintained properly.
Since becoming self managed, the HOA has done a lot to improve Five Fountains and the progress is obvious.
