One word description "UNPROFESSIONAL" My first visit went well other than freezing in the waiting room because they would not turn on the heat. They had a small space heater blowing out air. I thought there was something wrong with the heater but when I asked the receptionist if they could turn the heat on she just came to waiting room and tried to move the heater closer to me.
