I was really disappointed with the service I received. The spa itself is absolutely beautiful and has a lovely atmosphere, but unfortunately the facial service did not meet expectations at all. I booked a deep facial and clearly explained that I wanted whiteheads removed. What I received felt more like a basic facial massage rather than a deep treatment. Appalling customer service. I went into early labour and could not attend my appointment. I advised as soon as I could and despite the extraordinary circumstances, was refused a refund. Absolutely no compassion applied. Will never use this service again.
Five Elements Spa, Melbourne CBD is fantastic. I highly recommend you book in a massage with Sol, she is an exceptional masseur!
