Overall brilliant experience couldn’t recommend enough. Fair priced. Excellent service. Great staff and spectacular atmosphere.
To be clear - very much 5 stars for the actual massage and facial I received and the service from the staff who was serving me, who was apologetic about the following issue so even she was embarrassed about her colleague... But negative stars for the staff member who was in the treatment room next door who spent something like 2.5 hours speaking loudly to another customer in Korean, with some 30 to 40 minutes on a face time call with a male person. We went as a couple here to get the massage and we were very disappointed with the massages. We chose to come here because the reviews were generally positive but our experience was terrible because: 1. The massage says full body, but the thighs and head were not massaged. 2. The pressure started out strong, as I have requested, but halfway, the pressure became soft. 3.
