While it took a few months to get my yellow MG 3 Hybrid, Wessam Gebara, General Sales Manager, was extremely helpful and very courteous to deal with. The yellow version’s elusiveness was not the dealership’s fault. They did their best to look after me. I absolutely love my car and it was worth waiting for.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. No one answers the phone, and when someone does, they promise to call back but never do. Emails go unanswered as well. I’ve been trying to get an update on my car that was sent for repairs, but every time I ask, no one can give me a clear timeframe. It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing.
Just had the best experience with the team at MG. Wes delivered as promised and done the deal on the spot. Picked up car today was greeted by Zac and ran through the car for me (little did he know I’m in the automotive industry) and to my surprise was very impressed with his knowledge and customer skills. Will be definitely coming back to add a second car to the fleet for the business. 5 stars to the team.
