The massage I received was the best I've EVER experienced. Anna is amazing. The quality of the massage was incomparable! Scheduling was super easy and they are very responsive. The facility is such a serene atmosphere.

We recently hosted a corporate wellness event with 5 Star Diamond Fitness, and we were thrilled to have Earnestine and Alix present a meal prep class/session. The session was incredibly informative, and they did an excellent job answering all of our questions. Their expertise and engaging presentation made the event a great success. Highly recommend!

I called with interest in the gym. Sounded like the person on the other end was doing their best to talk me out of their services. Very strange experience.

Love working with Alix and Naomi. They’re always pushing me to be my best self and helping me reach my fitness goals. Appreciate the effort they put in working out with me. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fitness trainer.

I've been with Alix for training for about 6 weeks so far. So far I've been so pleased with the experience! Because of health reasons, I was wary of going to a large public gym. I am so glad to have found Alix and his team, he is understanding, motivating, and thorough. I also appreciate that he does regular assessments of your fitness, so you have objective measures to show your progress. Can't wait to reach my goals!
