Excellent customer service!!
Excellent service family owned and fair pricing.
Needs pest control often. I have 4 units at different isles for long time and I have to take monthly a pest controls on my rental unit cus very clearly to see that all kinds of insects and rodents comes from everywhere. Prices are not bad.
I shopped around for storage units on the north and east side of Raleigh early last summer when I found Five County Mini Storage. I couldn’t find anything with a better value that met my needs. Claud was friendly on the phone and very helpful and flexible with getting me moved in. They provided me a lock and I never had an issue accessing my unit anytime, even quite late at night. I would recommend anyone family, friends, and strangers to do business here, I trust them and never had a complaint.
We've been happy with the service and our storage units.
