I remodeled 4 of his jobs and Arthur paid me for two. Owners loved the electrical work performed but Arthur decides to keep the money for him self and rip off his sub contractors. When asking for a progress payment, Arthur asks me to wait a few more months until next drawl. After that, I had to wait for a final payment.
