Appointment at 8:30. Waited 30 minutes in the office and 1 hour in the room. Appointment at 9:30. 5+ people in front of me when I arrive 15 minutes early, waited half an hour and had to leave because I had another appointment. I thought 1.75 hours would be enough. This is an unacceptable way to run a business.
