Incredibly happy with the service provided here! It’s been a stressful process trying to find a used car until I stumbled upon this place. Lu was extremely helpful, answered all my questions and he was never pushy. The other staffs were very friendly too. I highly recommend this dealership!
The worst dealership I've ever been too. It's been two months since my ex veteran boyfriend purchased a car from this place, and they have been giving him the run around on refunding the taxes on the car and have not yet given him his new tags.
My experience was one of a teacher/student. Julio has the highest competence of any finance guy I’ve ever talked with. He is calm and patient because boy oh boy did I have a lot of questions. At first, things looked grime but Lu saved the day. He took my car and gave me a newer car, better car, lower APR, less years on my term but to top it off was the expert advice I received to lower the amount of interest I pay each month.
